Sesame Beef Skewers on Rice

Points: 7

Cut 3 oz trimmed top round beef steak lengthwise into 8 slices. Marinate up to 2 hours in mixture of 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce, 2 tsp. rice vinegar, 1 tsp. grated ginger, and 1 minced garlic clove. Thread 2 beef pieces onto each of 4 metal skewers. Sprinkle beef with 1 tsp. sesame seeds. Broil 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve with 3/4 cup steamed brown basmati rice.

Add-on: 1 cup steamed snow peas sprinkled with light soy sauce (1 Point)
