A recent post on the Nest asked about serving chili over spaghetti, which got me thinking of Skyline/Cincinnati Chili. I accumulated a few cans when I was in Ohio for Christmas (bought the only 5 cans at the local Giant Eagle), but needed to find a recipe to make it since buying the chili is rather expensive considering the small can you get. Since I have had good luck with Cooks Illustrated recipes lately, I have added that recipe to the blog to try. Also a few recipes to use skyline chili in.
