Weight Watchers Chili

(makes 15 cups, 1 pt per cup)

1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1 small onion diced
1 cup celery diced
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper diced
1 medium yellow squash diced
1 medium zucchini diced
1 15 oz can of black beans
1 package chili seasoning mix
1 12 oz can low sodium, low fat beef broth

Brown turkey and onions in pan sprayed with Pam. Add the remaining ingredients (don't drain the beans...the juice adds flavor).

Cook for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
