February - Week 4

Yesterday I made Meatloaf at Matt's request out of my Better Homes and Garden's Cookbook. I always start with the same recipe, but change things up. This latest meatloaf was not my best, but good.

In an effort to eat healtier, I also made Slow Cooker Chicken Paprikash last night. That will be tonight's dinner along with basmati rice.

Also on the healthy note, I will be having Vegetable Soup for lunch this week. I made the Weight Watchers' No Point Vegetable Soup. I actually used the recipe out of a book I have, but it is basically the same as the recipe I have posted here except it makes less servings. I also add a can of diced tomatoes for some extra flavor in the broth.
