Chili-Topped Baked Potato Halves

Bake or microwave 1 large (5-inch) Idaho potato. Slice in half lengthwise On top of each half, spoon 1/4 cup canned or bottled turkey chili with beans and 2 Tbsp shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Heat in microwave on High about 1 minute or until chili is heated through and cheese is melted. Top with 1 Tbsp. chopped red onion and chopped fresh cilantro to taste. Serve hot pepper sauce on the side.
