Spaghetti and Meatballs

Menu:
Spaghetti
Meatballs
Marinara Sauce
Garlic Bread

Tried the Food Network Kitchens meatballs and marinara sauce recipes last week. Mistakenly only bought 1 can of tomatoes for the sauce instead of three, so I ended up adding a jar of store-bought sauce to have enough. I pureed the tomatoes with my immersion blender for a smooth sauce. Also, baked the meatballs instead of frying in a skillet. Served with fresh grated parm. cheese and garlic bread.

Overall, a very good meal. Would make again. Saved time by making meatball mixture the night before and putting in refrigerator until ready to make into balls.
