Quick Cacciatore?

Last night I made Martha Stewart's "Quick" Chicken Cacciatore. I am not sure it was quick, but it was very tasty! The tomatoes were a nice accent, and not overpowering of the other flavors. Next time maybe the addition of mushrooms to the sauce. I served it over spaghetti.
