5 Ingredients?

Penne with Ricotta and Bacon

Tried Rachel Ray's 5 ingredient or less recipe from the Dec-Jan 2007 Every Day magazine. I used whole-milk ricotta as stated in the recipe, although I might use part-skim next time to cut down on the fat/calories. I only made 1/2 pound of penne, used a whole small onion and some extra bacon. I added salt and pepper to the pasta and cheese mixture, so maybe this was a 7 ingredient recipe. Next time Matt wants smaller pieces of basil, and the basil and bacon mixed in rather that on top. This was a quick recipe, as I was able to get everything ready while the pasta was boiling/cooking. Can't wait to try again.
