1 (12 oz) package ready-to-eat trimmed fresh green beans
1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings
4 garlic cloves, cut in half lengthwise
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
1/2 t dried thyme
1/4 t salt
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
Preheat over to 450 degrees. Place green beans, onion and garlic on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Coat vegetables with cooking spray. Sprinkle thyme, salt and pepper over vegetables; toss well. Bake for 15 - 17 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
